When you submit the contact form, Athletic Fuel collects your name, email address, selected topic, and message so the support team can respond. Please do not include payment-card data, medical details, emergency information, diagnoses, medications, or other sensitive personal information in a contact message.
2. Information used for orders
When you check out, Athletic Fuel processes the name, email address, delivery ZIP code, selected plan, delivery cadence, first delivery date, calculated delivery charge, applicable tax, and payment/order status needed to fulfill your subscription. The payment card form is hosted by Stripe; Athletic Fuel does not receive or store card numbers, security codes, or full payment credentials.
3. Free Slider registration
When the Free Slider registration page is open, Athletic Fuel collects a full name, street address, email address, and mobile phone number. The registration is stored in the Athletic Fuel database for the operations team to review. This page does not send marketing texts or marketing email.
4. Why we use it
We use contact, registration, and order information to answer requests, manage registrations, calculate delivery availability and pricing, create and manage meal subscriptions, provide order and delivery support, prevent misuse, and meet applicable bookkeeping or legal obligations.
5. Payment processing
Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms. Athletic Fuel stores only the minimum Stripe transaction identifiers and order status needed to reconcile payment and subscription activity.
6. Delivery and service providers
Information may be shared with payment and delivery service providers only as needed to process payment, arrange delivery, provide support, or comply with law. If Athletic Fuel uses a courier or delivery platform, the information shared will be limited to what that provider needs to complete the delivery.
7. Your choices and local browser details
The optional profile page saves contact, meal preference, delivery-note, food-avoidance, and allergy details only in the current browser. You can clear those browser-local details from the profile page. To request help with a contact message, registration, or order record, use the contact form.
8. Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service, but no online system can promise absolute security. Contact, registration, and order records are retained only as long as needed for support, fulfillment, accounting, and legal obligations.
