Cancellation requests
Cancellation requests must be received at least 14 calendar days before the next scheduled delivery. Requests received after that deadline may not take effect until a later delivery or billing period.
Refunds and credits
A cancellation request is not a refund approval. Refunds, credits, and exceptions are handled only when required by law or when Athletic Fuel expressly confirms them after reviewing the order status, preparation stage, and delivery status.
