1. Four-week membership and meal minimum
Athletic Fuel provides recurring prepared-meal subscriptions. Each subscription month is four weeks (28 days), not a calendar month, and renews every four weeks. Each cycle includes four weekly deliveries or pickups. The minimum selection is six meals per week. When you continue through checkout, you authorize the recurring four-week amount shown before payment, including the selected plan, delivery cadence, delivery charge, and applicable taxes.
2. Price, delivery charge, tax, and payment
Every meal costs $12. The minimum six-meal weekly selection is $72 in meals per week, or $288 in meals for each four-week (28-day) cycle. Home delivery is $15 per delivered weekly order ($60 for four deliveries in a cycle). The four-week meal subtotal, ZIP-based delivery charge, and applicable sales tax are shown before payment. Stripe processes payment information; Athletic Fuel does not store card numbers or card security codes.
3. Plan changes, pauses, and cancellation requests
Cancellation requests must be received at least 14 calendar days before the next scheduled delivery. Requests after the deadline may take effect in a later delivery or billing period. A submitted cancellation request is not a refund approval.
4. Delivery
Delivery is available only to ZIP codes configured by Athletic Fuel. Checkout verifies the ZIP code and displays the delivery charge for the selected cadence before payment. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate ZIP code, access information, and delivery location.
5. Food information and allergens
Review the delivered product label for current ingredients, nutrition information, storage, reheating, and allergen statements. Athletic Fuel does not provide medical or individualized dietary advice and does not claim an allergen-free environment. 6. Privacy, refunds, and questions
Our handling of customer information is described in the Privacy Notice. Refunds, credits, and exceptions are handled only when required by law or when Athletic Fuel expressly confirms them after reviewing the order status, preparation stage, and delivery status.
